County Court on Deansgate

• Built in 1896
• Grade II listed building
• Henry Boot Developments purchased the building in 2008 when the County Courts was moved to the Cilvil Justice Centre in Spinningfields

This is the chosen site for my hybrid; It is spacious with a reasonable height which is ideal for creating an exciting climbing wall.

Unfortunately the site was under going a project by Henry Boot and to be refurbished to various luxurious restaurants. The project is due to open in summer 2013 and to be named the Courthouse.

• indoor rock climbing centre

It is a great location as it is the gateway to Spinningfield and very close to the city centre.
